Magnus D. Hamilton
Magnus began taking his personal fitness very seriously in 1990 and has not looked back since! Bodybuilding was more than a hobby, it became his passion. Even before he completed his education, Magnus won the Mr. Ontario title in 1993. In 1994, Mag participated in his first Strong Man competition and in 1996, shortly after teaching wrestling at a few Ontario wrestling schools, his professional wrestling career began. Magnus signed with both WCW and ECW and wrestled internationally between 1996-2008. When he wasn't on the road, he was personal training and coaching others toward the competitive stage. By the Fall of 2008, Magnus shared a triumph with one of his best buds Ben (Pak-Man) Pakulski. Ben made sure that Magnus was a front runner within his training team. As a very successful professional bodybuilder Ben worked very hard for the Mr. Canada title in 2008 and is now preparing for his first Arnold Classic in March of 2011. But alongside the pros and competitive fitness models, Magnus always offers the same level of dedication and expertise to the clients he coaches every day.
Behind Magnus' exterior, he is a compassionate guy known for several positive traits. He has a very strong interpersonal nature and a sincere desire to help others achieve their goals. Magnus is an extraordinary trainer, he is encouraging, approachable, inspiring and completely dedicated to his clients. Whatever goal he is hired for, you'll have the biggest cheerleader right by your side right until the end when your goal is successfully met!

"For someone who could be very intimidating by just his sheer size, you instantly "know" you are in good hands. His warm smile, positive energy, enthusiasm and genuine love for what he does, makes the most difficult session exhilarating. In just 7 weeks with Magnus, working out 3 times/week, I gained 1" of muscle on my arms, legs and chest, 4" on my shoulders and I lost 2" around my waist and 7 lbs! Thank you Magnus!" R.M Toronto, On
